چکیده

The data on medicinal plants with antimicrobial properties are reviewed. study has been carried out their ability to exhibit and deodorizing effects Staphylococcus aureus, Echerihia coli, the feasibility of developing a disinfectant based tormenta, kalgan, cranberry vivicle. effect these ethanol 40 % tinctures plant basis established. Among investigated extracts, most pronounced Arctostaphylos uva-ursi L. is caused by death aureus growth delay 26 ± 1.7 mm, coli 29 0.5. tincture made from Potentilla erecta rhizomata against diameter retardation 2.1 mm 27 0.7 mm. Symphytum officinale also antibacterial activity, inhibiting 24 – 17 0.3 extract Geranium had least detrimental effect. obtained results provide an opportunity for further pharmacological development them. rhizomata, perennial herbaceous rose family, attracted significant interest as valuable raw material due its high levels tannins, triterpenoids, tormentosides, astringent compounds found in rhizomes other organic compounds. Preparations tormentil bactericidal, bitter, anti-inflammatory, expectorant, choleretic effects. officinale, belonging borage numerous beneficial components root, such alkaloids, allantoin, amino acids, gallic acid, digallic among others. shoots leaves contain protein, fiber, fat, non-nitrogenous, extractive substances. L genus evergreen, stiff-leaved shrubs heath family. main active phenolic Infusions decoctions bearberry antimicrobial, diuretic species Geraniaceae contains essential oil, flavonoids, carvacrol, borneol, tannins. geranium have antibacterial, hypotensive, anticonvulsant, sedative properties. Since large number diverse bioactive substances properties, aim this evaluate ethanolic extracts conditionally pathogenic microorganism causing staphylococcal infections, Escherichia one types bacteria residing lower parts mammalian intestine, collectively known intestinal flora.
